HSMAI Curacao Chapter Mission Statement President's Letter If you are a hospitality organization in Curacao, 2008 was undoubtedly a tremendous year. The same holds true for HSMAI. We won Awards, our enthusiastic board organized a wildly successful Curacao Under Construction Tour, our chapter hosted its first paid speaker, the Trend Analyzer Michael Tchong, we held the 1st ever session in Curacao on what hospitality companies are really doing with regard to green and sustainability.And even if the dawn of 2009 might seem uncertain, rest assured. It is the time to go back to the basics and do things right: to close each sale, to make each promotion successful and to make each investment produce returns. HSMAI is here to help. Our 2009 events calendar is filled with topics to help you sharpen your sales, marketing and leadership skills to prosper in uncertain times and to be well equipped for when the good times roll around once again. Our goal for 2009 is also to get you, our members, more involved. We have some ideas.
